On June 8, 2017, I represented Kasher Consulting to carry out a rapid assessment visit to engage relevant key stakeholders. The meeting outcome led to the successful implementation of the project held on Thursday, June 29, 2017. The project impacted 49 direct beneficiaries from three government secondary schools – Iwere College, Beach College and Omateye Secondary School.
The overall objective of the project was to expose senior secondary school students from government-owned schools to the work environment and provide the opportunity for them to learn about various career options open to them, whilst inspiring them to dream big and become positive change agents despite the many challenges they might face.
