In 2017, I mentored and prepared 85 students of Lagos State University (final year students) for 13 weekends on employability and entrepreneurship skills. They were prepared for immediate entry into workforce as employees and employers of labour. They were also equipped with market-aligned knowledge, soft skills, business tools and mindset reorientation suited for the world of work.
